A prayer and praise journal are your daily journaling designed to encourage our faithful pursuit of God through intentional praise and prayer to our God in Jesus name. We praise God because of who He is. He is Lord alone. He created all that exists and sustains it by His power and wisdom. He is good. He is morally virtuous. He is transcendent, existing completing apart from sin and unable to commit it.
John 11:41-42 KJV 41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. Daily speak and write (date it) your praise and thanksgiving unto the Lord for answered prayers. Make your request unto the Lord in Jesus name and whilst worshipping God brings the anointing, and while we're praising and worshipping God, the power of God is annihilating the need. When we praise God, we are fulfilling the purpose He created us for but wait, aren't we here to serve God? Yes, of course we are here to do that, and serving God starts with enjoying his presence and praising Him. When we spend time praising God, we feel more fulfilled in life.

God made us. He knows how we were created to flourish and thrive. He commands us to praise Him because He knows the best thing for us is to prize Him as the joy and delight of our hearts. when our relationship with God is prioritized first and we're placing the full weight for not only our eternal security but our emotional and spiritual security here and now on God, physically we will see and taste the goodness of the Lord.
Keep your praise garment on and praise God through every season in your life. Never seize to praise and pray. A heart of gratitude opens many doors of blessings for us.
